Professional Disclosure Statement

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Texas. I’m passionate about helping children, adolescents and young adults navigate life’s challenges with hope and resilience. My approach blends evidence-based practices with a compassionate, individualized focus—you and your story are at the center of our work together.

I specialize in trauma, anxiety, and depression, helping clients of all ages process difficult experiences and move forward with confidence. I also bring over 15 years of experience working with Child Protective Services, Former foster and adoptive parent, Psychiatric Emergency Rooms, former Mental Health First Aid Trainer and supporting clients recently discharged from hospitals, which gives me a deep understanding of complex, transitional, and high-stress situations.

I believe therapy is a collaborative journey. Together, we explore strategies and insights that empower you to understand yourself, heal, and grow. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be fully seen and supported.
