What is an IOP?

An IOP is designed to provide a higher level of care than traditional individual counseling while also allowing the client the opportunity of staying in school or work. It is often considered one step up from individual counseling.

Who we serve.

  • We are focusing on helping individuals learn how to:
  • Manage Excess Stress
  • Overcome Anxiety
  • Conquer Depression
  • Release Traumatic Experiences
  • Currently accepting participants between the ages of 14 - 18.
  • Daytime and Evening Groups available

At Logos Counseling, we are experienced in helping a wide range of clients – from older children (4 & up), to adults in any stage of life. Our approach to mental health counseling focuses on helping you let go of past emotional baggage that is preventing you from moving forward.

Unique IOP Program

  • In this program you will:Recognize mood changes and apply meaningful coping strategies to better manage your mood
  • Build a more complete “toolbox” by discovering new coping skills you can immediately use in life
  • Find your voice and take ownership of your “self” through active involvement in on-going encouragement and support upon completion of the program
  • Be a part of a family focused on long-term growth both during and after the program
There are four optional sessions that will be offered on Saturdays where you and your family will have the opportunity to actively participate in more experiential and adventure based learning. These experiences include Adventure Based Counseling, Laughter Yoga, Meditation and Relaxation, and more.
