Counseling is first and foremost about the therapeutic relationship. Meaningful healing and growth can only take place when you feel safe, understood, and supported. My role is to walk alongside you as you face challenges, helping you build practical tools to cope, strengthen relationships, and reconnect with what matters most. I draw from attachment-based, trauma-focused approaches while integrating tools from CBT, ACT, DBT, and play therapy based on each person’s individual needs. I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, ADHD, autism, OCD, attachment and relationship difficulties, codependency, grief and loss, chronic pain, developmental and special needs, spiritual concerns, and life transitions. I see each person as the expert on their own life, and together we will focus on creating a path forward that is both hopeful and meaningful.
All of our therapists are trained and equipped to help you through issues related to anxiety, depression, and stress using a variety of techniques and tools designed specifically for you.
This is a therapeutic technique that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences (trauma).
We are happy to offer testing and therapeutic services using a variety of holistic approaches. These approaches can be used as either supplemental services to traditional therapy or sometimes in place of them.
Both Play Therapy and Art Therapy can be used to help clients interpret, express, and resolve their emotions and thoughts. Although Play Therapy is often used for children, Art Therapy can be used with a wide age range.
