Professional Disclosure Statement

I believe counseling is first and foremost about relationship. When you feel safe, understood, and supported, real healing and growth can take place. My role is to walk alongside you as you face challenges, helping you build tools to cope, strengthen your relationships, and reconnect with what matters most. I draw from approaches like ACT, CBT, DBT, play therapy, and attachment-based work, but always with the bigger goal in mind—finding meaning and purpose, moving through suffering toward strength, and balancing the freedom to choose with the responsibility to live in line with your values. I work with children, teens, and adults through struggles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, autism, ADHD, OCD, religious trauma, codependency, and stress. No matter what brings you to counseling, I see you as the expert on your own life, and together we will focus on creating a path forward that is both hopeful and meaningful.
