Professional Disclosure Statement

I believe the therapeutic process is less about technique and more about relationship. When there is a healthy and appropriate therapeutic relationship between the therapist and the client there is a great motivation for change. I use many approaches, but cognitive-behavioral therapy is my main style. I have worked with children as young as 4, and with the younger children, I utilize forms of play and art therapy. I do work with a wide population including, but not limited to, children (4 years old and up), adolescents, young adults, family, couples, premarital, parents, and individuals.
