Professional Disclosure Statement

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My background includes experience as a School Counselor for 10 years working with children and adolescents and as a Special Education teacher for 8 years. I have experience working with children and adolescents with Autism and ADHD, and I welcome helping clients that want to address specific issues that pertain to these learning differences.

I enjoy working with children age 3 and older, adolescents, individuals, families, and couples. My goal is to help you or your loved one find solutions to your struggles. I work from a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy approach which focuses on looking at the thoughts and actions you can implement to help work towards a solution to the problem you are experiencing. I work with you on areas of concern in depression, anxiety, self-esteem, Autism, ADHD, emotional regulation, interpersonal issues, behavior issues, gender identity, or gender affirming care. My goal is to help guide you or your loved one through the problems you are struggling with and find solutions that will help you feel safe and at peace.
