Personal

Hi, I’m Jessica! I’m a mom of five…,yes, FIVE kids! My husband and I met in high school and have built a fun and loud life together. I’m a bubbly, friendly, outgoing, never met a stranger type of person. I spend most of my time with my kids and husband going on little or big adventures.

Professional Disclosure Statement

I believe that each of you deserves to be treated as an individual. I approach therapy with a client led mentality. You know yourself better than I do. Even when it doesn’t feel that way. I want to walk by your side and help guide you with questions and support as you learn to navigate the season that brings you here.

In sessions, I will incorporate Solution Focused and Cognitive Behavioral techniques. In addition to that, I believe in treating the whole person. We will take a look at the whole picture – mind, physical body, and spirit (whatever that may look like for you). When all these areas are in harmony – we are better able to implement self-care, communicate effectively, and establish healthy boundaries.

As a mom, I love working with children/teens and young adults. I find such joy guiding these groups through seasons of anxiety, behavioral struggles, depression, and/or self-esteem issues. I have also found a passion working with parents grieving a loss or navigating various types of birth trauma.
