**LPC Associates have completed their graduate work and have also passed the NCE (National Counselor Exam). They hold a provisional license (“Associate”) which allows them to see clients while under direct supervision. Associates must complete 3,000 hours of counseling work before they can receive their full licensure.

LPC Associates can bill Cigna and Aetna insurance underneath their supervisor. They also work on a reduced self-pay rate of $60 per session.

Personal

Jackie is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She has certificates in integrative nutritional health coaching, kinesiology, emotional freedom technique, trauma techniques, and Christian counseling. She has spent over ten years training to be a holistic counselor. She overcame many struggles of her own learning the importance of mental health along the way. As a person who suffered from childhood trauma, Jackie wants to create an environment allows people to feel peace and comfort while working through trauma. She uses animals to help people overcome trauma and focus during sessions.

Anxiety, Depression, Stress Management

All of our therapists are trained and equipped to help you through issues related to anxiety, depression, and stress using a variety of techniques and tools designed specifically for you.

Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)

This is a therapeutic technique that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences (trauma).

Neurofeedback, QEEG, & other Alternative Therapies

We are happy to offer testing and therapeutic services using a variety of holistic approaches. These approaches can be used as either supplemental services to traditional therapy or sometimes in place of them.

Play Therapy & Art Therapy

Both Play Therapy and Art Therapy can be used to help clients interpret, express, and resolve their emotions and thoughts. Although Play Therapy is often used for children, Art Therapy can be used with a wide age range.
