My therapy is driven by three primary dynamics: Faith, Systems Theory, and Client Goals. My faith, based on biblical principles, is the foundation of how I counsel. I work from the premise that God’s way works. Systems Theory is evidenced-based findings on why we are the way we are think and feel the way we do, and do the things we do. The exploration of this with a client gives us understanding and a starting point for moving forward to solutions. The client is ultimately in control of where we go and what is accomplished in counseling. I believe I must value and respect where a client is at in their life, listen to where they want to go and help them achieve their goals.Beth Ann is fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
