Being human is hard and there is no shame in needing some support. Perhaps you need new coping strategies, a safe place to process and heal, or a therapeutic techniques that can help you create change in your life. I believe my job as your therapist is to work collaboratively with you to create therapeutic goals, educate you on strategies that can help you create change, and to walk with you as you maneuver your way through the healing/growth process.
As a trauma focused therapist, I have a lot of experience working with anxiety and depression. I am trained in many modalities, including EMDR. I have a history of working with individuals that have experienced abuse, including sexual assault and those recovering from or freeing from abusive, unhealthy or toxic relationships. As an ally, I am LGBTQIA+ allied and welcome working with humans from all nationalities, cultures and ethnicities. While we work together, all facets of your identity will be acknowledged, appreciated, and valued.
I work with families and individuals (+9 yrs), and am currently accepting new clients.
All of our therapists are trained and equipped to help you through issues related to anxiety, depression, and stress using a variety of techniques and tools designed specifically for you.
This is a therapeutic technique that enables people to heal from the symptoms and emotional distress that are the result of disturbing life experiences (trauma).
We are happy to offer testing and therapeutic services using a variety of holistic approaches. These approaches can be used as either supplemental services to traditional therapy or sometimes in place of them.
Both Play Therapy and Art Therapy can be used to help clients interpret, express, and resolve their emotions and thoughts. Although Play Therapy is often used for children, Art Therapy can be used with a wide age range.
We’d like to stay in touch through a simple newsletter.
