Logos offers our clients the ability to view, schedule, cancel, and even re-schedule appointments through our client portal. You may also view & pay any outstanding balances online.
To access your Client Portal simply follow the appropriate link below.
Please answer the questions below to locate a provider. Once you locate a provider simply choose the day and time you would like for your appointment and follow the directions on the screen.
If you would prefer to speak with someone you can also use our chat feature or reach out to us from the Contact page.
Please remember you are not able to cancel or re-schedule any appointment within 24-hours of the said appointment via your patient portal. In order to make any changes please call our office.
There is a no-show fee of $80 that will apply for appointments cancelled within the 24 hour window.
